After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), Dr. Serrano completed his surgical residency at Weill Cornell Medicine Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. There he served as the chief surgical resident two years in a row. Dedicated to providing the best care possible, Dr. Serrano attends annual continuing education training sessions to broaden his surgical skills and knowledge.
